QA/QC Introduction
Our quality management dept. consists of IQC, PCC, FQC/QA, and QE four sections.
IQC: totally 40 inspectors, in charge of incoming material quality control and raw material production process control, including plastic injection parts, PCBA, and motors
PQC: totally 30 inspectors, in charge of assembling process quality control and patrol inspection
FQC/QA: 25 inspectors, in charge of finished-goods sampling inspection and loading monitoring
QE: 5 people, in charge of calibration, failure analysis, as well as corrective and preventive action to be taken, follow up, and verified
